●Single Sided PCB:
Single-Sided Aluminum PCB is divided into three layers, aluminum, insulating layer, and copper. Aluminum is for heat dissipation, insulating layer is for heat conduction, and copper is for conduction. Generally, one side is printed with circuit, the other side is smooth wireless circuit. The most common aluminum pcb on the market is a single-sided aluminum PCB. Compared with the traditional FR-4 pcb, it adopts the same thickness and the same line width, and the aluminum substrate can carry higher current.
